Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.mue/suhasdishes مقادير الشوربة: 2 ملعقة طعام (30 مل) زيت زيتون 2 ملعقة طعام (28 غرام) زبدة غير مملحة 1 كوب (125 غرام) بصل مفروم 3 فصوص ثوم مهروسين مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح 680 غرام (24 اونصة) فطر طازج مقطع ربع ملعقة صغيرة ملح 6 ملاعق طعام (50 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات 4 اكواب (960 مل) مرقة الدجاج خفيف الملح 2 كوب (473 مل) كريمة طازجة قليل من جوزة الطيب والفلفل الاسود 2 ملعقة طعام (10 غرام) بقدونس مفروم طريقة تحضير مرقة الدجاج: https://youtu.be/IEC6YGkcfZg Soup ingredients: 2 tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter 1 cup (125 g) finely chopped onion 3 large cloves minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt 24 oz (680 g) sliced white mushrooms 1/4 tsp salt 6 tbsp (50 g) all_purpose flour 4 cups(960 ml) low sodium chicken stock 2 cups (473 ml) heavy whipping cream freshly ground nutmeg and black pepper to taste 2 tbsp (10 g) finely chopped Italian parsley Chicken stock recipe on this link: https://youtu.be/IEC6YGkcfZg 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a large saucepan, heat butter and oil over medium to high heat, sauté onions for 2 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. 2. Add sliced mushrooms and 1/4 tsp salt and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly until the liquid releases from the mushrooms evaporates. 3. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir until coated. 4. Add in the hot chicken stock and stir regularly, bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. 6. Turn the heat off and add freshly ground nutmeg, black pepper. Stir in parsley.
