The moon plays a large roll in the behaviour of many fish species, including Murray Cod. You may have heard of the Solunar Table which relates to key bite times around the moon, sun and tides.
Over recent years we have paid more attention to key bites windows and there is a correlation between Murray Cod activity and specific moon phases and times of day.
