Of all the videos I’ve posted, none of them have gone beyond 2 minute 20 seconds, but this episode has gone beyond that. In fact, I had to edit out some sequences where I had nice shots of the chefs and I, that hurts. If I didn’t this video would easily run into 3 minutes. Please bear with me, cos I indeed enjoyed and featured many eateries on this Xian trip during my 5-day stay. I ask of you to watch this episode till the end since I know if I break this episode into 2 parts, very few people would want to watch the 2nd part.
