I am baking quite a lot at home and have been using my hands for the dough. So after some research for the perfect stand mixer, I realise I could also use a hand mixer.
I thought at first that those were too fragile and could not handle heavy dough but I was wrong.
I bought the Philips Viva hand mixer and I was absolutely amazed by this powerful little machine. It comes with a stand and a bowl which at first thought would be quite small but here again I was wrong. You can mix 1000 g of flour with the dough hooks.
The machine is light, not very noisy and mixes dough quite quickly.
