Bhajyanchi Amti Ingredients - भज्यांची आमटी रेसिपी सामग्री :
For the Spicemix-
2 Onions (sliced)
Oil
½ cup Coconut (grated)
2-3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
8-10 Garlic cloves,
Coriander Leaves
Water (as required)
For the Gravy-
3-4 tbsp Oil
¼ cup Pear Millet Flour
1½ tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1½ tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Hot Water
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
For the Fritters-
Oil (for frying)
1 cup Gram Flour
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
¼ tspTurmeric powder
⅛ tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic and Green Chilli Paste.
1 Onion (chopped)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Carom Seeds
Salt (as per taste)
2-3 tbsp Hot Oil
Water (as per required)
For serving-
Finger Millet Papad
Rice Papad
Pickle
½ Lemon
Onion (chopped)
Carrot (chopped)
Pearl Millet Bhakri
Rice
