teaching the bible during homeschool can be so much easier than you think. here’s how we do it!
we started with math, adding and subtracting FRUITS. then moved onto writing, our letter of the day “S.” while working on writing, we found words that started with S. one being Sun (weather was sunny!) and snake (that leads us into bible). We talked about the SNAKE in the garden, enticing Eve to eat those FRUITS (remember math?!), explaining how the SNAKE is SATAN and then did a craft making a SNAKE with a SMILE and STRIPES. It’s that easy!
I made my own curriculum for this age and follow his day to day what he’s able to handle. Some days we homeschool for 30minutes, some days over an hour, some (but few) none at all.
When done with school we started on chores on the homestead & lunch. Taking down my cloth diapers on the line, collecting & washing eggs, home economics with my teenager teaching her homemaking duties, etc.
