Really had to throttle back after a near half throttle launch and almost landing prematurely, pulling almost full up and maxed out the up trim. The batteries need to be moved further back and the Vector relocated in the aft bay. As it sits now, the cg is too far forward and unable to use a camera on the nose, should be improved for the next launch. Glad i was able to contact my buddy to meet him up in Lynden to use the larger flying area, only about 1 mile from the Canadian border. Will absolutely put out that this power setup is definitely more ideal for the Ritewing Big Drak, about the same reasoning I put forth when swapping a Mustang GT motor into my Ranger, not much interest on lack of power. This upgrade will make flying the Drak much more like a hotrod and range on the throttle. Eventually will get upgraded to the newer digital video to which is noted through the video, and eliminate the use for the additional nose camera.
Owned this plane for a while and feel like it is all brand new again, look forward to flying it all trimmed out and gun the throttle a few times.
