एक किलो चिकन
चिकन फ्राई की सामग्री -
एक इलाइची
३ लॉन्ग
आधा चम्मच हल्दी
आधा चम्मच नमक
तरी की सामग्री -
कुछ खड़े गरम मसाले - एक चम्मच जीरा,४ लाल मिर्च ,दो तेज़ पत्ता,एक बड़ी इलाइची,जावित्री,दाल चीनी का टुकड़ा
आधा किलो प्याज़
५० ग्राम लहसुन
दो चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
एक चम्मच मिर्ची पाउडर
आधी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
१/३ चम्मच कश्मीरीर लाल मिर्च
दो टमाटर
दो खड़े लहसुन
एक चम्मच गरम मसाला
धनिया पत्ता
IN ENGLISH -
1 kg chicken
Ingredients of Chicken Fry -
a cardamom
3 long
half teaspoon turmeric
half teaspoon salt
Ingredients of Tari -
Some hot spices - one teaspoon cumin, 4 red chilies, two bay leaves, one big cardamom, mace, cinnamon stick
half a kilo of onions
50 grams garlic
two spoon coriander powder
one teaspoon of chili powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
1/3 tsp Kashmiri red chili
two tomatoes
two standing garlic
a spoonful of garam masala
coriander leaves
