Bahan-bahan tumbuk halus
4 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar udang kering
Bahan-bahan lain:
1/2 cawan minyak masak
2 sudu besar cili kisar
1 ketul isi ayam
1 ketul kiub ikan bilis
3 keping fish cake
3-4 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu besar sos tiram
3 sudu besar kicap manis
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah
1 pek bihun
1 ikat sayur sawi
1 biji tomato
1 mangkuk taugeh
Bahan-bahan untuk taburan:
Cili merah
Daun bawang
Limau nipis

Fine pounded ingredients
4 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp dried shrimp, soak until soften
Other ingredients:
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp of chilli paste
1 piece chicken meat
1 anchovy stock cube
3 pieces of fish cake
3-4 tablespoons chilli sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 pack of vermicelli
A handful mustard leaves
1 tomato
1 bowl beansprouts
Ingredients for garnishing:
Red chillies
green onion
Lime
