In March I was officially diagnosed with Meniere's in my right ear. I am Bilateral now. Only about 20 percent go bilateral with Meniere's. So just keep it in the back of your mind and don't anxiety over it.
The symptoms are about the same for me but not as bad as they were when it first started in my left.
