今回もご視聴誠にありがとうございます。
B級チョッパープロジェクト。進めていきたいと思います。
「B級とは、その物が上等でも下等でもない。
中程度のレベルにあることを指し示す。」
っと、ネットでは出てきました。
だからと言って、可もなく不可もなしというわけではなく、B級という
もはやスタイルとして成立していると考えます。
高級な部品を取り付けて制作されたゴージャスなバイクではなく、
中古パーツなどを利用してラフに組み上げられたガレージビルド的なバイク。だけどなんかすごくかっこいい！ラットスタイルとも通じるポイントが多いですね。
それらの点を、当店なりに解釈して制作中なのが、今回のプロジェクトです。
ある程度、年代の雰囲気に沿って制作していますが、あえての「はずし」を所々にちりばめ、
良い意味で、ショーバイクのようにキッチリと制作していないところがポイント。
ラフなスタイルだからと言って、決して手を抜いているわけではありません。
フレームはしっかりと専用ジグに載せて、リヤフレームを制作。しっかり寸法も出ています。
ブレーキは前後ドラムですが、現代の交通事情でも問題なく安全に効くようしっかりと対策済みです。
エンジン、ミッションもオーバーホール済み。電装関係は全て新品。
とにかく安全に楽しく走行するためにかける整備代は惜しみません。
今回は、ロータリートップトランスミッションでオープンプライマリー。さらにスターターモーターも取り付けします。

The term "B-class" means that the item is neither high nor low grade.
It means that it is at a medium level."
I found it on the internet.
That does not mean that it is neither good nor bad.
It is no longer considered to be a style.
It is not a gorgeous bike produced by installing high-end parts,
but rather a roughly assembled garage-built bike using used parts. But it's still very cool! There are many points that are similar to the rat style.
This project is our interpretation of those points.
To a certain extent, we are following the atmosphere of the era, but we have dared to "take it off" in some places,
In a good sense, the point of this project is that it is not as neatly produced as a show bike.
The rough style does not mean that the work has been skimped on.
The frame is securely mounted on a special jig to create the rear frame. It is also dimensioned well.
Brakes are drums front and rear, but they have been properly designed to work safely even in today's traffic conditions.
Engine and transmission have been overhauled. All electrical components are brand new.
We do not spare any expense in maintenance to ensure safe and enjoyable driving.
This time, the rotary top transmission is installed with an open primary. Starter motor is also installed.
