In this video, a flexible biomass or MSW combustion model was developed using Aspen Plus. The objective was to create a model that allows for adjustments in fuel and air amounts, enabling it to calculate exhaust gas temperature and overall thermal heat output and amount of steam that can be produced from exhaust gases was also estimated.
To enhance its functionality and user-friendliness, design specifications and calculator blocks were utilized.
