Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea continues from where the base game left off...writing itself in a corner. Burial at Sea gets even worse here - especially with how it ties in with the first Bioshock. The world of Rapture enters the fold. The events of Burial at Sea take away from elements of the first Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite
Save for a few changes like no weapon limit, most of the gameplay issues with Bioshock Infinite carryover into Burial at Sea. The stealth addition, while welcome, needed some more tweaking for a better experience and was easy to break in Burial at Sea. While it was nice to play Elizabeth, a bunch of asspulls had to be made story-wise to make it work.
There are spoilers throughout for Burial at Sea, the base game of Bioshock Infinite, and to a lesser extent, the first two Bioshock titles.
