This is a very easy birthday cake recipe. In this cake recipe, I made a simple egg sponge and used butterscotch sauce in between layers. This cake is very easy to make and can be made at home without an oven.
Ingredients:
Sponge-
Sugar 100gms 1/2cup
Eggs 4large
Flour 100gms ½ cup + 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 4drops
Butter Scotch/Caramel Sauce-
Brown Sugar 150gms 3/4 cup
Water 50gms 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
Butter 100gms ¼ cup + 3 tbsp
Cream 100gms 2/3 cup
Milk for Soaking Sponge
Whipping Cream 225gms 1 cup
