Bitter Gourd - ¼ Kg
Tamarind - 25 Gms
Onion - 2 medium
Oil - 2 - 3 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds - ½ Tsp
Ginger - Small piece
Garlic - 7 - 8 cloves
Fenugreek Powder - q/4 Tsp
Asafoetida - ⅛ Tsp
Salt - ½ Tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ Tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 ½ Tsp
Jaggery - 15 - 20 Gms
Coriander Leaves - Few
