Seven years ago, the municipality of Aloguinsan in Cebu started pushing for ecotourism--an effort that aims to boost the tourism sector without losing a keen eye to the preservation of nature. To this date, people of Aloguinsan benefit from this initiative as such has provided them sustainable livelihood program.
