Bizarre Overgrown Property Leaves Neighbors To Wonder Whats Next? Some Folks Stopped To Ask Why I Was Cutting It And Some Asked If It Was For Sale. Theres A Deep Dark Story Behind This Home And I Couldn't Believe What Happened Here. Welcome back to the channel everyone!! I hope you all enjoyed your week and are ready for this week's premiere! This week we were dealing with more thunderstorms which caused me to start late in the week. I actually found a home that I once lived in while attending college at IRSC. The current tenants are only renting and are having problems with their landlord. They agreed upon letting me work on the property but later approached me and asked if I could stop. These renters loved the work that I do in the community but felt that the landlord truly didn't deserve the transformation. I made no judgements and continued to look for people and properties that could use my assistance. I drove around for a little while and before calling it a day I approached an eerie looking property off of Virginia Avenue! When I say this place was rough, it was exactly that! The front yard was full of tall overgrown grass and weeds, vines stretched over the front of the home,trees were growing out of control with no shape and a lot has been hidden from years of overgrowth. I wasn't quite sure what to do. There was alot of work to be done and I wasn't too sure if I wanted to enter the back yard. The home had 4 No Trespassing signs as if the homeowner wanted to make it quite clear. So I decided I'd start on the front yard in hopes of the homeowner confronting meat that time I could explain my visit and ask for permission to work on the rest of the property. Surprisingly my plan ALMOST went exactly as planned but not exactly...
