Today's video question comes from a BJJ Black Belt who said he feels McDojo.
He said at his previous Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym he achieved a black belt in 7 years based off attendance. Now, he trains at a new gym and isn't up to the skill of the BJJ practitioners there.
At this point the black belt is ruining his Jiu-jitsu training and completely sucking the fun out of it for him. To the point where he went from 4-5 days a week at his old gym to 1-2 days at the new gym, and if he does train he only does no gi so he doesn't have to wear the belt.
I share some ideas for "Bob" in the video and if you're experiencing a similar issue I hope it helps you as well.
