Using Revell's 1/144 Type VII/C U-boat, I use a variety of easy techniques to get a faded, mottled, worn and battered look that you can replicate on your U-boat or other builds.
Black Basing, then chipping effects using Hairspray, followed by post shading, enamel washes then simple oil paint rendering.
