Today's job was a very enjoyable one. We had a lovely client who asked us to take care of this little corner of blackberries and cut them down. The real interesting part was how the blackberries were growing, most of the growth was happening away from the soil and was aiming towards the black weed barrier. It seems that the blackberries are fine with growing as long as they can until they find somewhere to root. Even with the odd growth, it was a very simple weed-eating job and the Stihl FS-240 with some .130 round trimmer line took care of it in less than 20 minutes. An easy job and an easy day!
