When you have access to a power hammer the way you think about a project often change compared to manual work at the anvil. For manual work it's in practice always best to start with thinner material and where you need mass you would either upset or forge weld material to that bar. With a power hammer you tend to do the opposite, start with larger material and draw sections down leaving mass where you want. In this video I show an alternative way to forge a square corner and I make an experimental tool to make the bend more easily.
