I got my home made BLDC motor controller working finally with 3 Hall sensors. Getting the right timing is hard especially when your Hall sensors are attached to a flimsy piece of card board and there's some funky stuff going on with your controller and it freaks out all the time regardless of the timing. But i got it right eventually and like magic the bugs in the controller stopped.. hm.. weird.. Anyway i'm just glad the dang thing is actually working now. All thats left is to mount the sensors properly and get the motor mounted on my bike so i can start testing if she'll go with my 50 A car alternator as the motor.
