BMW cooling systems are far from the most robust, and the extra heat provided by turbochargers only accelerates the degradation of all the plastics within the system. Replacing your radiator with an all-aluminum unit from CSF and pairing it with some fresh hoses is arguably the best way to prevent any overheating, whether from repeated pulls or component failure.
