Located on the border of Orange and Riverside Counties, lies the Santa Ana River Canyon. Not only does the canyon provide a vital through-fare for the 91 Freeway, but also for the busy BNSF San Bernardino Subdivision. Dozens of BNSF, Metrolink, and Amtrak trains pass through here on a daily basis providing some great train watching opportunities. Many interesting vantage points exist throughout this area as well, some of which are very undershot in my opinion. In this video, we'll explore more of the Eastern end of the canyon, by the Green River Golf Course and river bridges. The Golf Course also hosts a private crossing, which provides some nice horn opportunities as well. Managed to get some of the Spring green as well, which is a welcome sight in water deprived Southern California! All locations listed in the video. I've showcased before the Santa Ana Canyon before with my horseshoe curve video, located next door in Yorba Linda. I've provided a link here for that video. https://youtu.be/HXw0Ss2h6VA Thanks for watching! | Video and Content by MichaelLovesTrains 2021 #BNSF Timeline: Crestridge Drive: 00:00 Green River Golf Course: 05:45 MP 31.2 Intermediates: 14:59 CP Prado Dam: 21:24 West Corona: 22:39 Railroad Street, Corona (Bonus Shot): 24:03
