Video Not Working? Fix It Now

No one will read this description, but if you do, please know that parts of it were deliberately constructed to highlight gatekeepers. I made statements about a particular product that people will claim with which they "never had a problem". I'll be rebuked with the typical "the sheets are probably too cold" or "too hot", or "they have a shelf life". If it has a shelf life, it should have an expiration date. If it needs a particular temperature, list it. I also know about the 1/8th inch of poor adhesion at the margins. I know a LOT about this product, more than those who will attack me for my opinion on it. I have spent hundreds of my hard earned dollars on it over the years, and can only really recommend it as a masking material. It works well for that. I wanted this time to be different. I really did, but it never is different, and I knew it. But the backlash I'll likely receive because of this video is part of a larger problem...one that is harming our hobby (it harms MOST hobbies), and that problem is gatekeeping. Keep in mind, I constructed this to expose gatekeepers. Unsolicited "advice" (offered condescendingly), Gaslighting... "I never had a problem (so the problem is with YOU)", Appeals to undemonstrated self authority... "I've been modeling for 60 years" (but no one has ever seen their work), Admonition in the form of a question..."Why didn't you just do XYZ and be done with it?", Lamentations about the death of the hobby, and whose fault it is (they usually blame a younger generation), An inescapable urge to argue superfluous points, or expound on what one believes to be exclusive knowledge.... ...All of those things, and others, are gatekeeping, and will be part of an upcoming video on the subject, and why I think we as a community should become more actively engaged in averting it. That said, I hope you have a different experience with Bare Metal Foil than I have over the years. It did work well when used for masking the paint for the trim on the Mustang and 68 Charger in this video. I'd recommend buying it directly from the manufacturer, directly from their website, to ensure the freshest stock. Note: DO NOT BUY BARE METAL FOIL FROM AMAZON! it will be folded in half, shoved in an envelope and sent to you in unusable condition. https://www.bare-metal.com/index.html Revell Chrom Spray: https://www.hobbynutmodels.com/products/revell-150ml-acrylic-lacquer-chrome-spray-paint-39628-new?_pos=17&_sid=93e0168db&_ss=r&variant=44038564806903 or https://houseofhobbies.com/products/copy-of-alclad-alc5114-chrome-for-lexan-spray-3oz (I don't know why the link reads that way, but it IS a link to Revell Chrom Spray) Hasegawa Mirror Finish: https://houseofhobbies.com/products/hasegawa-finish-mirror-finish-film-foil-tf1 https://www.hobbynutmodels.com/products/hasegawa-thin-mylar-sheet-self-adhesive-chrome-foil-671801?_pos=2&_sid=1697bf097&_ss=r&variant=42904965677303 Stuart Semple Mirror Paint: https://www.culturehustleusa.com/products/mirror A search for "Chrome Pens" on Amazon will provide results for myriad choices.
