One thing many sports bike riders struggle with is finding a body position that is both reasonably comfortable, and also ensures they are attached correctly to the motorcycle and not causing instability.
The motorcycle is generally a stable platform, it is the rider who introduces the instability especially when they don't attach properly, put their body in a bad position, and inadvertently put too much weight on the bars and / or put inputs into the controls that are not desirable.
This is but one way to approach it and apply good principles in how you attach to your bike.
