Super fluffy homemade muffins. Recipe very easy. I borrowed this recipe from the blog La Taza de Loza www.latazadeloza.com and, although my friend Patty made some French muffins with the classic shell mold, I doubled the quantities and chose to bake with the classic cupcake shape with his little mountain. To keep the top or mountaineer, it is important to follow the exact steps. Do not add more chemical yeast than the one you carry and respect the baking temperatures, as well as the cooling of the dough.
