Boonton Q-meter measures at amazingly high frequencies 20-260MHz, it is tube based : 5718 x 2 tiny little triodes, and 9005 x 2 UHF diodes the cool acorn style, 12AT7 also known as ECC81 dual triode, and one OB2 voltage regulator. it came in as a given up repair job, I did not want to invest a lot of time on it at this moment, sorry maybe in the future..
