There were originally 17 Fifth Growth wines in the 1855 Classification system but Batailley has split into 2 wineries so now there are 18 Fifth Growth wines. Part 2 will cover the last 9 wineries They are (in order of listing in 1855, based on price per barrel): Château Haut-Bages-Libéral - (Pauillac) Château Pédesclaux - (Pauillac) Château Belgrave - (Haut-Médoc) Château de Camensac - (Haut-Médoc) hâteau Cos Labory - (St.-Estèphe) Château Clerc-Milon - (Pauillac) Château Croizet Bages - (Pauillac) Château Cantemerle - (Haut-Médoc) Chateau Cantemerle was originally omitted by oversight and added as a 5th Growth wine in 1856. Anyways, would be interested in what others think.
