Border 2 Fire continues to burn, Gilman Fire extinguished | 10 p.m. update

CBS 8 brings updates to the Border 2 Fire burning in the South Bay area and the Gilman Fire that burned in La Jolla. The Border Fire continues to burn at 600 acres with 0% containment and the Gilman Fire was extinguished at around 2 acres.
