Bosnia and Herzegovina has some of the best food in the Balkans, so we started off our Bosnian food tour with the national dish, the Bosnian Pot. Next, no Balkan food tour is complete without burek. Our Bosnian food tour in Sarajevo had to include trying the #1 best burek in the Balkans. This burek is cooked in the traditional way under the sač, making it the best burek you can taste.
We continued on our Balkan food tour tasting local Bosnian coffee, traditional dishes, and finishing it off with some incredibly flavoured and delicious rakija. The rakija in Sarajevo is so tasty and yummy, and when it’s homemade, it’s even better.
