Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, along with Democratic mayors from New York City, Chicago and Denver, testified Wednesday before the Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee in Washington, DC. The Congressional hearing is part of a federal investigation into so-called "sanctuary cities."
During testimony, Mayor Wu asked the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to “pass comprehensive immigration law that is consistent and compassionate.”
