To make Apple cider Vingear, you will need filtered or spring water, sugar, and apples (or fruit of your choice). The sugar will help speed up the fermination process, as the bacteria will feed off the sugar. In about 30 days you will have Vingear.

Ex: 32oz mason jar with fruit ( 2-3c apples or scrapes), 1c sugar and full with water. Secure with a breathable cloth and let it set for at least 30 days. Stir every 1-2 days.

I like to taste as I get closer to the 30 day mark, that's how I made my Vingearette.
