This professor does a great job of describing the general concepts of Bowen Theory. I thought this might be helpful for my viewers to learn more about Bowen Family Theory. I don't agree with all of his critiques, and I might have some of my own he didn't make. But the theory has been the best for me to grow, recover, and heal.
