Braised beef ribs ingredients:
Beef back ribs, or beef short ribs, oxtail, beef shanks: 2 kg
Tomatoes: 2
Onion: 1
Garlic: 8 cloves
Chili pepper: 3
Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Regular soy sauce: 1/4 cup
Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Hot water
Potatoes: 5
Preheated oven 275°F/135°C roast with lid for 3 hours
Add potatoes and continue to roast for 45 minutes without lid.
