BRAND NEW* DOLLAR TREE HAUL| BAKE W/BILL NEW EPISODE, Best one YET!
2 Cups AP flour, 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, 3/4 Cup brown sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 eggs or egg replacement, 3-4 brown bananas. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Hand mix sugar and yogurt, then mix eggs in one at a time. Mix in banana and get everything smooth. Add in whatever you want: a little vanilla, chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, ect.
Mix dry ingredients together and mix into wet ingredients bit by bit. Place into a greased or lined loaf pan and bake. Check for doneness at 45 to 50 minutes, but be prepared to go to 60, so cover bread with foil, if getting too brown.
