This can be made by mixing for only 30 seconds without kneading.
No fats, eggs, or dairy products are added, but the dough will become more elastic if it is fully proofed while resting or folding.
It bake in 2 hours to regardless of the season, from mixing to baking, so please use this as a hint for making bread.
(Ingredients) 1 loaf
300g Bread flour
12g sugar
5g salt
4g instant yeast
220g warm water
(Summary of how to make)
Mix flour and water, spread and leave for 15 minutes
Stretch and fold the dough 10 times
Place the dough in the center for 15 minutes
Repeat the same thing again
Degas the dough and cut it in half
Roll it up and let it rest for 15 minutes while letting out air.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and fold it in two time.
Roll it from the front and put it in the mold
Cover the mold and leave for 30 minutes
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes
Immediately remove from mold and complete
