भारताच्या दक्षिण भागात मसाला डोसा हा पदार्थ तयार होतो. पण दक्षिणेकडच्या या पदार्थाने आज सगळ्या जगात नाव मिळवले आहे. घरातही छोट्या मुलांपासून मोठ्यांपर्यंत सर्वांना हा पदार्थ आवडतो. डोसा वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीने बनवतात. कधी झटपट डोसा पण बनतो. पण त्यासाठी त्यात सोडा घालावा लागतो.
आज आपण पूर्णपणे नैसर्गिक पद्धतीने डोसा बनवणार आहोत. कमीत कमी साहित्यात हा डोसा बनवला जातो. सोबत त्यासोबत खाल्ली जाणारी बटाटा भाजी पण बनवणार आहोत. तसेच हा डोसा करताना आपण बीडाचा तवा वापरला आहे.
मसाला डोसा पीठ साहित्य आणि प्रमाण :
१ + १/२ कप जाडे तांदूळ
१/२ कप उडीद डाळ
१ टेबलस्पून आंबट दही
१ टेबलस्पून साखर
१ कप + ३ टेबलस्पून पाणी
मीठ चवीनुसार
तेल गराजेनुसर
Masala dosa is prepared in southern part of India. But this southern dish has gained fame all over the world today. Even at home, everyone likes this dish, from small children to adults. Dosa is made in different ways. Sometimes instant dosa is also made. But for that you have to add soda. Today we are going to make dosa in a completely natural way. This dosa is made with minimal ingredients. Along with it, we are going to make potato vegetables to be eaten along with it. Also we have used beeda tawa while making this dosa.
Masala dosa flour Ingredients and Quantity :
1 + 1/2 cup thick rice
1/2 cup Udid dal
1 tablespoon sour curd
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup + 3 tablespoon water
Salt to taste
Oil as required
