The Baseball Bat Bros bring out one of the BBCOR GOATs - the 2018 Rawlings Quatro BBCOR - to demonstrate how to successfully (or unsuccessfully) break in a composite BBCOR baseball bat.
It feels weird to us that the most expensive baseball bats are also the least durable (composite) - and they aren't necessarily any better performing than alloy at the BBCOR level (not really true for USSSA though).
This video definitely boosts the argument for alloy/aluminum bats - cheap, durable, no break-in required, and often endloaded nuke-hitting bats.
