Getting your very first job as a composer can be both the most challenging and the most rewarding experience. My journey is somewhat unique as I decided to become a composer and, just three months later, found myself getting paid to score a small indie feature. When I was recently asked about how I landed this initial project, I thought that there was a lot that could be learned from from my story.
