BREAKING: North Carolina Supreme Court Rejects Petition to Toss 60k Ballots, Waits for Lower Courts

On Wednesday, the North Carolina Supreme Court issued an order saying it would not grant Judge Jefferson Griffin's (R) emergency petition to toss out 60k votes in the state Supreme Court race, and will instead wait for Griffin's ballot challenges to play out in the lower courts. Griffin lost his bid for a seat on the state's highest court to incumbent Democratic Justice Allison Riggs.
