My dears,
Two years ago, I realized that while my annual yearmixes were good, they had one significant drawback: because they were essentially a recap in the form of a mix of all the tracks produced during the year, I never had the chance to blend newer tracks with older ones to create more interesting mixes.
That’s why I created "We All Need Some Love" - my first thematic mix dedicated to love, released on February 14th, a day celebrated in many countries and cultures as a tribute to love.
Since that mix was very well received by the community and remains one of the most listened-to on my channel, and coincidentally, today is February 14th - a Friday without a new release - I thought it would be a great opportunity to craft another mix dedicated to love.
This time, however, I want to broaden the scope and embrace love in its many forms: self-love, love for another person, love for everything that surrounds us, and love for the divine.
Because if this, I have carefully selected tracks with a focus on deeper themes, featuring reflective questions like Who We Are, inspiring - as Find Purpose, and contemplative, like Maybe It's Love or Circle Of Life.
The title of the mix, "Breath Of The Soul," was chosen deliberately. It is a metaphor for love attributed to Alexandre Dumas - the writer who made my childhood and adolescence more beautiful and to whom I fondly return whenever I have the chance.
