The Breville Bambino Plus has an automatic milk frothing system that allows you to select between different texture and temperature settings for milk steaming. While there isn't a specific "ideal" temperature, most baristas and experts agree that milk for espresso-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos should be steamed to a temperature range between 60°C and 65°C (140°F and 149°F). This setting is ideal for lattes and cappuccinos, providing a balance of smooth texture without overheating the milk. If you prefer hotter milk, you can opt for the high setting, but going beyond 70°C can scald the milk, affecting the taste and texture.
