Today I head immediately to Agden Bridge as ive heard there is something going on there, so I must find out of course. Are they putting a second syphon? or lifting a plank? I then take a walk along the towpath to the cofferdams, as I've also heard they might be being prepared for the worst storm of the season storm Eowyn! I then prepare the boat for the storm, but while doing so, I see someone float along the canal, not in a narrowboat, but a kayak! He then tells me that there is a boat taking on water!
