Video Not Working? Fix It Now

What if Brightline West had a higher budget or was a publicly run project? What if instead of a freeway median-running compromise, it was build more like the flat-out high speed rail found in other countries? In this video I will analyze a hypothetical route aiming to average 150mph between Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Las Vegas, NV. Will I succeed? How will it be different that what Brightline West has planned? How much will I project it to cost? Find out inside! Brightline West is a mostly privately funded high speed rail project between southern California and the Las Vegas area. It is currently estimated to cost $12.4 billion to construct, and could shuttle passengers from Rancho Cucamonga in California to the Las Vegas area in about two hours. Brightline West is set to begin heavy construction this year, 2025, and could be operating by 2030 or so.
