1 pound broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 large diced or chopped onion
2 cloves pressed/minced garlic
1/2 cup flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 medium size grated carrots
Salt/pepper to taste
Pinch of cayenne powder
24oz cheddar shredded cheese
