Community options: https://thesteadycoach.com/services It is such a privilege to bring to you this success story from Brock, who I had the pleasure of getting to know personally as part of my membership community. Brock's symptoms started in mid 2021. He eventually got diagnosed with vestibular migraine and was living with debilitating fatigue, brain fog and visual symptoms. Today, he is 100% recovered and back to normal life. In this story, Brock shares more about his experience and how he got better. A few details not in the interview: Brock did have comprehensive vestibular testing done; all results were normal. He did not take any medications to recover, though he did take sleeping medications occasionally at some points in the process due to debilitating sleep-related symptoms.
