Otter Otsuyu is the mother of Tororo and her babies.
Tororo is only 7 months old, but he has a baby sister and a baby brother. He loves the babies so much that he has recently started taking care of them.
Odashi is Otsuyu's twin sister, so she is their aunt. Normally, the babies' father and mother are supposed to raise them, but the babies' father (Oage) did not seem to like them much.
Therefore, this family is a little bit special, but instead of the father, the sister Odashi helps to raise the babies.
