Hey! This week I am showing how easy it is to brown your butter! After you do it once, you'll want to put browned butter in everythinggggg I promise. These brown butter chocolate chip cookies are my perfect cookie. Crispy on the edge, soft and chewy on the inside, amazing depth of flavor. I love them so much.
PLUS I give you a few easy hacks to make your cookies look as amazing as the taste!

RECIPE:
-1 1/4 cup (280g) Unsalted butter
-2 1/2 cup (340g) All-purpose flour
-1 1/2 teaspoon (9g) Baking soda
-1 teaspoon (4g) Kosher salt
-1 cup (223g) Brown sugar
-2/3 cup (160g) Granulated sugar
-2 eggs
-2 1/2 teaspoon (12g) Vanilla extract
-2 cups (340g) Semi-sweet or Dark chocolate chips/chunks
-Extra chocolate for garnish
