Chicken Bone= 3 kg
Onion= 200 gm
Carrot= 200 gm
Garlic= 200 gm
Rosemary= 1 tsp
Thyme= 1/2 tsp

For The Tadka
Butter= 2 tbsp
Olive Oil= 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf= 2
Celery= 30 gm
Leek= 10 gm
Black Pepper= 1 tbsp
Roux= 150 gm
